Exercise is an important aspect of everyone’s life. This is no different for those individuals who have mobility issues. The Center of Memory and Motion’s Parkinson’s disease exercise program is geared towards helping improve or maintain balance for those individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Participants, who are mostly seated through the program, are guided as a physical therapist takes them through various exercises.
This program is designed to help you or your loved one:
- Maintain or increase muscle strength
- Improve or maintain balance
- Maintain or increase mobility
