Balance Class

Balance Class with Judy Cornell is lively and energetic class that focuses on balance, posture, and movement. Participants can expect to engage in vigorous movements that target equilibrium and balance issues all while getting a dose of humor. Balance with Judy primarily has a focal point of standing exercises but employs a few seated movements as well. Participants are encouraged to exercise to the extent of their abilities while still respecting their limitations. Balance Class takes place every Thursday afternoon at 2:45 p.m.
