This is a social respite group for those with a memory disorders taking place at the Gifford Community Center every Monday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. In this program we offer engaging activities such as group exercise, trivia, reminiscing, hand toss games, humor, and more! 

A social group for individuals with forms of dementia, where caregivers can have respite knowing their loved one is in a safe and fun environment!  Each day features a variety of engaging activities such as: group exercise, brain games, toss games, art, music therapy, pet therapy, humor, and more! If you are staying for the full day, please bring a bagged lunch. Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

It utilizes music, dance, laughter,  and motion to promote physical and emotional well being. Caregivers are welcome to join in and participate in the program also. This program takes place every Wednesday at our Indian River Shores location at 11:30 a.m. and every Friday at our Vero Beach location at 1:00 p.m.
