Movin & Groovin with the VNA

Movin and Groovin is an engaging movement class targeting posture improvement and engaging muscles related to improving gait. Instructor uses neurological music therapy, plays piano, and includes a short vocal activity. Instructor watches each participant walk to music with a beat individualized to their gait, or the rate at which they walk. This class is in partnership with the VNA Music Therapy Department.
