Each day features a variety of engaging activities such as: group exercise, brain games, toss games, art, music therapy, pet therapy, humor, and more! If you are staying for the full day, please bring a bagged lunch. Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Caregiver Support Group

Support Group for those with loved ones in a Facility

This can be especially true when your loved on is in a facility. This support group is unique in that it is designated for a caregiver whose loved one is in an facility. This group meets on Zoom every month on the third Tuesday of the month at 1:00 p.m. please call for Zoom details if interested in attending.
QiGong
Alzheimer & Parkinson Association 2300 5th Ave Suite 150, Vero BeachQiGong is an ancient Chinese form of exercise that integrates slow moving motions with breathing techniques. This program was designed for those with movement disorders and their caregivers to improve balance and relieve stress. This program takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Parkinson’s Disease Exercise Class
Alzheimer & Parkinson Association 2300 5th Ave Suite 150, Vero BeachThis exercise program is geared towards helping improve or maintain balance for those individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease or other movement disorders. Participants, who are mostly seated through the program, are guided as a silver sneakers fitness coach guides them through various exercises that incorporates laughter and music.
