SEBASTIAN CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUP FOR THOSE MANAGING A LOVED ONE WITH COGNITIVE DECLINE
October 9 at 10:30 am – 11:30 am
The group will provide caregivers with support, resources, and strategies to assist in the day-to-day caregiving needs of those affected by cognitive loss. The group will meet monthly, and will discuss, with other caregivers, ideas, and creative ways to manage cognitive decline.
PURPOSE: To provide participants with a safe place to share thoughts and ask questions on ways to manage evolving caregiving concerns.
