Music Therapy for Parkinson’s with the VNA is an engaging movement class targeting posture improvement and engaging muscles related to improving gait. A certified music therapist leads a group exercise that incorporates neurological music therapy, matching gait to rhythm, breathing techniques, and a series of vocal exercises. This class is in partnership with the VNA Music Therapy Department.
