COPES (Caregiver Ongoing Practical Education) Support Group

Done in partnership with the VNA, COPES is a Caregiver Support Group focused on helping those who are actively caring for a loved one through their caregiver journey. At a support group meeting, you will have the opportunity to talk about your experiences, share tips and ideas and listen to others who understand the caregiving journey.
