Parkinson’s Disease Exercise
Exercise is a proven benefit for those with Parkinson’s disease.
Exercise is an important aspect of everyone’s life. This is no different for those individuals who have mobility issues. The Parkinson’s disease exercise program is geared towards helping improve or maintain balance for those individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Participants, who are mostly seated through the program, are guided as a fitness instructor takes them through various exercises.
This program is designed to help you or your loved one:
- Maintain or increase muscle strength
- Improve or maintain balance
- Maintain or increase mobility
Takes place every Monday at 2:30 p.m. and Tuesday at 2:45 p.m.
