Respite at Home

The Center for Memory and Motion can help explore in-home companion service for your loved one affected by a memory disorder.

At times, the option of utilizing the Center for Memory and Motion’s social respite program may not be an option. Perhaps it is because your loved one with a memory disorder limits the amount of social interaction he or she can do. Or maybe you are more comfortable with keeping your loved at home. Regardless of the reason, the Center for Memory and Motion can still be a much needed resource to you. With the Center for Memory and Motion’s Respite at Home program, you can explore the option of hiring an outside agency for companion services to come to your home for three hours once a week.
