Yoga is a great movement program for stretching, improving balance and to relieve stress. Our class is purposefully offered at a time when our Social Respite program is also available to aide caregivers in having the opportunity to attend. For further information, come try a class out or contact our offices at 772-563-0505
We offer an art class every Wednesday during our social respite program. All projects are designed for our clients experiencing memory impairment disorders. Projects begin promptly at 1pm and usually last until 2pm. Don't want to spend the whole day, that is ok. Feel free to call and reserve your seat to enjoy this creative experience. 772-563-0505
