Our congregate programs are not in progress at this time but many of our programs and services are available Virtually via Zoom, Conference Calls or via YouTube recordings, click on the above yellow banner to view details. Yoga is a great movement program for stretching, improving balance and to relieve stress. Our class is purposefully offered at a time when our Social Respite program is also available to aide caregivers in having the opportunity to attend.
