Caregiver 101 Class: 6 Week Course 1-2 Hour Segments
Week 1 Introduction & Communication: How to communicate with your loved one.
Week 2 Environment: Creating a safe and comfortable space in your home.
Week 3 Activities of Daily Living: Grooming, toileting, bathing, etc.
Week 4 Behaviors: Unusual behavior & personality changes.
Week 5 Nutrition: Cooking safety, dehydration, etc.
Week 6 Next Steps and Conclusion: Taking care of YOU & resources for the future.
